Castle View High School, Castle Rock CO

Senior photo sessions are JUST as much for the guys as they are for the girls! The guys may go into the session reluctant or a little nervous or they may just think they are not going to enjoy it all that much. I often find that isn’t the case at all! Senior pictures are about celebrating your senior year and really  your whole academic career up to this point. They document this last sliver of time at home before heading off to the next adventure. Why wouldn’t senior guys want this just as much as the girls??

Coby had a little hesitation and skepticism going into his session, but was up for anything. I loved the wardrobe choices he made. 3 completely different looks that we matched with 3 different locations. When he told me about the hoodie, I knew that this little tunnel with some paint graffiti on the wall would be the perfect place to start. The amazing thing about this location is that you can get an urban feel next to this wall and then step right outside it for the beautiful rocks and nature look in the following pictures!

I am never going to complain when a senior guy pulls out a tuxedo for a portion of the session. We headed to a random side street in an industrial area of Castle Rock for these. I had seen these bright aqua cylinders and knew they’d provide a great pop of color with the black and white tux. It doesn’t hurt that his eyes are the same gorgeous color as the background.
